This past week was teen summer camp and the first one I wasn't able to attend in a while. There's always mixed emotions when I miss things like this: sadness that I can't be apart of the excitement and make memories and happiness of being a mom which means seeing all the new facial expressions, developing personality, and cuteness of a little boy! I'm learning a new place of service - my home and family as well as the opportunity to be involved in such things as camp through prayer. Several specific prayers were answered for my husband and I during the week of camp and although I heard it later on the phone, it was just as exciting.
So instead of hanging out at camp with my teen girls, I was hanging out at home with my son. Our newest little handy-dandy mother and son contraption :o) It's called a Moby Wrap and we love it! I love it because I can use both hands to type, clean, shop, and get beautified with him feeling satisfied and close to mommy.
Robby's personality is showing more each day. He's becoming more alert, playful and responsive to noises. He had a little morning workout (notice the sweat bands) followed by a time of talking (goos and gaas).
We'll be taking our first plane ride in less than two weeks to go visit my family in WA. Traveling with a child - life will never be the same :o)

Aww, The Robster looks so cute hanging out in all of his favorite, new spots! :) So glad for you that your little family is all back together again! See you Sunday.
